How does the compensation model work?
Core member engagements are structured around equity, profit-share, and commission agreements tailored to your depth of contribution, domain expertise, and commercial output. We discuss terms transparently and privately with each candidate.
Can I contribute remotely or part-time initially?
Yes. Many of our strongest engineering collaborations begin with an initial high-impact sprint or milestone. As alignment and momentum grow, we structure long-term core roles. Remote collaboration is standard, with on-site lab access in Kerala.
Do I need a university degree or traditional pedigree?
Never. We evaluate people solely on proof of work, depth of technical thought, integrity, and your ability to build functional systems that operate in the real world.

We are proudly headquartered in Kerala, India (with footprints across Kochi, Alappuzha, and Palakkad) while building systems for global commercial deployments.
